Welcome to Lauer House. We have spent over three years restoring our home and take great pride in having you here to enjoy it with us. Care has been taken to preserve the original look of the house when possible or to restore it in a manner that reflects the style of the early 20th century. It is a great place to get away from the fast pace of daily life and get a taste of a quieter time. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. |

Property Description
The 95 year old fully restored farmhouse sits on an 80 acre family farm and is shaded by Ash and Maple trees. It is very quiet and peaceful with less than one car per hour that passes the house on any given day. There is a 2000 foot long airstrip just east of the house and is usable ONLY at the pilot's own risk. |

Directions to Lauer House
Lauer House is located 40 miles north of Columbus, Ohio and just three miles west of U.S. Rt. 23. Turn west off of U.S. Rt. 23 at State Rt. 229 and go about 3 miles. Then turn north on Thomas Road. Go north 3/4 mile. Lauer House will be on the right side of the road at the next intersection. |
