The Art of Sausage Making Cooking Class

10:30am - 12:30pm. Join us as we learn the ancient art of making homemade sausages with local foodie, Brad Grywalski, assisting us. Chicken Leek Blue Cheese Sausage, Merguez Lamb Sausage, Breakfast Dried Cherry Pork sausage. Hands-on Style. The class ends with lunch paired with an optional glass of wine (for a reasonable fee) and a typed set of recipes for you to take home. Bottles of wine are available for purchase. Coffee, tea and water are provided.
