Julia 101 Demonstration Style Cooking Class

1030am - 1230pm. Join us as we cook from Mastering the Art of French Cooking by Julia Child. Jalousie au Fromage Cheese Pastry Appetizer, Waterzooi de Poulet Poached Chicken in creamy white wine, Hazelnut Souffl with Crme Anglaise. Limit 8 students. Demonstration style. The class ends with lunch paired with an optional glass of wine for a reasonable fee and a typed set of recipes for you to take home. Bottles of wine are available for purchase. Coffee, tea and water are provided.
