Directions to Neil Avenue Bed and Breakfast Neil runs parallel to High Street. The Mansion is west of High, and south of OSU between 4th and 5th Avenue. If you are on Route 71 take the 5th Ave exit and go west; at Neil Ave. turn left (south). We are on the West side of the street.
